Yes. The free plan is permanent — no credit card required, no trial that expires. You get full access to products, orders, billing, staff management, and supplier records at no cost. Paid plans exist for businesses that need higher limits, but starting is always free.
None at all. Everything is in plain language with no complex settings. Most shop owners are fully set up within 20 minutes of registering.
No. When you share a bill link, it opens directly in the customer's browser. They do not need to register, download anything, or create an account. It works on any phone, any browser.
Yes. Your data is stored on an encrypted server and is completely private to your account. Your products, staff details, orders, and financials are visible only to you. We do not share or sell your data under any circumstances.
No. You can import your product list directly from an Excel or CSV file — everything comes in at once. For other data like staff or suppliers, you can add it gradually at your own pace.
Never. Every rupee you earn is yours. We charge a flat subscription fee — and even that starts at zero. There is no per-order commission, no listing fee, and no hidden charges of any kind.
Yes. You can add multiple businesses under one account and switch between them with a single click. This is available on the Premium plan.
No problem — no lock-in. On the free plan there is nothing to cancel. On a paid plan, you can stop your subscription any time and you will not be charged again. Your data remains accessible for 30 days after cancellation.
