What we collect
When you register, we collect your name, email address, phone number, and city. When you list a business, we additionally collect your business name, address, category, and description. When you make a payment, transaction details are processed by Razorpay — we do not store card details. We also collect standard server logs including IP address and browser type for security purposes.
How we use your data
To operate your account and provide our services. To send transactional emails (verification, password reset, subscription confirmation). To send service notifications (subscription expiry reminders). We do not sell your data to third parties. We do not send marketing emails without your consent.
Cookies
We use session cookies to keep you logged in. These are deleted when you close your browser or log out. We do not use tracking cookies or third-party advertising cookies.
Data sharing
Your public business profile (name, city, category, products) is visible to all visitors. Your phone number and WhatsApp number are visible on your public business page if you choose to add them. Your email address is never publicly displayed. We share data with Razorpay solely for payment processing, governed by their privacy policy.
Data retention
Your account data is retained while your account is active. You can request deletion of your account by contacting us at the email below. Deleted accounts are purged within 30 days.
Your rights
You can update your personal information from your profile page at any time. You can request a copy of your data or request deletion by emailing us. You can close your account from your profile settings.
