Is it really free? What is the catch?
Yes, the free plan is genuinely free — no credit card, no trial that expires. You can use products, orders, staff, and suppliers at no cost for as long as you want. We offer paid plans for businesses that need higher limits, but starting is always free.
I am not technical. Will I be able to use this?
If you can use WhatsApp, you can use SeharBazaar. Everything is in plain language, nothing is hidden in menus, and there are no complex settings. Most shop owners are fully set up within 20 minutes of registering.
Is my business data safe?
Your data is stored securely on an encrypted server. Only you can see your business information — your products, staff details, orders, and financials are completely private to your account. We do not share or sell your data.
I already have everything in Excel. Do I have to start from scratch?
No. You can import your product list directly from your Excel or CSV file — no need to enter products one by one. Most shop owners start by using the bill feature first and add the rest over a few days at their own pace.
Do my customers need to download an app to see the bill?
No. The bill link opens directly in their phone browser. They do not need to register, download anything, or create an account. It works on any phone.
I run more than one shop. Can I manage both here?
Yes. You can manage multiple businesses from the same account and switch between them with one click. This is available on the Premium plan.
What if I stop using it after some time?
No problem. There is no lock-in. You can stop any time. On the free plan there is nothing to cancel. On paid plans you can stop your subscription and you will not be charged again.
