Acceptance
By registering or using SeharBazaar, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
What SeharBazaar is
SeharBazaar is a local business discovery platform. We connect customers with local shops. We are not a seller, retailer, or marketplace that handles transactions. All purchases, negotiations, and transactions happen directly between the customer and the business. We are not responsible for the quality, safety, or legality of listed products.
Business listings
You may list one or more businesses subject to our approval. All listed information must be accurate and up to date. We reserve the right to reject or remove listings that violate our content policy. Listings of prohibited products (tobacco, prescription medicines without license, counterfeit goods) will be removed.
Prohibited content
Tobacco, cigarettes, bidi, gutka, paan masala, hookah, e-cigarettes. Prescription medicines unless listed by a licensed pharmacy (contact us to verify). Alcohol. Counterfeit or fake branded goods. Adult content of any kind. Products making false medical or health claims.
Payments and subscriptions
Subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by law. Payment processing is handled by Razorpay. Their terms apply to payment transactions. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice to active subscribers.
Intellectual property
You retain ownership of photos and content you upload. By uploading content, you grant SeharBazaar a non-exclusive license to display it on the platform. Do not upload content you do not own or have rights to.
Limitation of liability
SeharBazaar is provided as-is. We do not guarantee uptime or uninterrupted service. We are not liable for any direct or indirect loss arising from use of the platform.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without prior notice. You may delete your account at any time from your profile settings.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to jurisdiction of courts in Jaipur, Rajasthan.
